Conference Accommodation Bookings

Accommodation is being held at the Sofitel Brisbane Central. In order to access the conference rates, accommodation must be booked as part of your conference registration.  We recommend you book at least 60 days prior to the conference as hotels require unsold rooms to be released at 90, 60 and 30 days prior.

Within 30 days, you will need to contact all hotels directly to book accommodation, including checking availability and the if the conference rates are still available.

Accommodation Rates

Extended Bookings

Accommodation can be booked for the confirmed dates shown when booking. To extend accommodation bookings outside the available nights, please complete an accommodation booking and then email requesting the additional nights. All additional nights are subject to availability and will be confirmed with the hotel.

Changes and Cancellations

Within 30 days prior to arrival, all rooms cancelled or no shows will be charged at the agreed rate for all room nights cancelled.

Payment

When you book accommodation, you can select to pay on check-out with a credit card or pay your accommodation as part of the registration. All accommodation pre-payments made when registering will be forwarded to the selected hotel. Pre-payments must be received 30-days prior to the conference.

All incidental expenses must be settled using a credit card upon check-out.

Credit card details must be provided for all bookings and will be forwarded to the hotel to guarantee the booking.
