Paul has led and managed the successful implementation of quality improvement and digital innovations at Austin Health. Many of his key challenges involve change management and the engagement of medical staff.
Paul was a Board member of RACMA and has filled several roles within AMA Victoria. Paul is currently a speaker for beyondblue, facilitator for MDA National and founder of the Ledman Institute, with over 10 years’ experience in delivering professional development training to medical students, junior and senior doctors.
Cate was appointed as Executive Director, Clinical Governance and Medical Services, Melbourne Health in February 2016 and brings significant experience at Medical Director level in multiple academic, tertiary health services.
Cate received her basic medical degree from the University of Sydney. She also holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons – Pharmacology), a Masters of Health Administration and a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators.
Her long term interests are in clinical informatics, new technology and clinical practice and medical education. She has published multiple papers about system improvements with a focus on medical education and new technology / clinical practice.
Professor Erwin Loh is Chief Medical Officer and Executive Director of Innovation, Patient Safety and Experience at Monash Health, Victoria’s largest health service. Besides being a current Board Member of the Hudson Institute of Medical Research, he is also on the Board of the Monash Health Research Precinct and the Australasian College of Legal Medicine (where he is also Vice President).
He is an adjunct Clinical Professor at Monash University where he teaches clinical leadership and management. He is the Chair of the Victorian State Committee of the Royal Australasian College of Administrators.
